Simple by design

From quote to wallet in three clear steps.

The routing happens behind the scenes. You always see the amount, exact network, wallet, and current status that matter.

01

Choose your swap

Select the assets, exact networks, amount, and rate type. No provider shopping required.

02

Add your wallet

Enter the destination wallet. Network-specific guidance helps prevent common mistakes.

03

Review and track

Confirm server-bound terms, then follow normalized progress without exposing provider complexity.

A smaller trust surface

Your exchange should not require a Pepela balance.

Pepela coordinates a route between your wallet and an eligible exchange provider. We do not operate a customer wallet, store seed phrases, or take possession of exchange funds.

  • No account required to request a quote
  • No seed phrase or private key collection
  • No provider marketplace decisions for customers

Good to know

Clear answers before you exchange.

Does Pepela hold my funds?+

No. If execution is enabled in a future phase, funds go to the one-time deposit address issued by the selected provider—not to a Pepela wallet.

How does Pepela choose a route?+

Pepela checks eligible routes for the exact asset, network, amount, and rate type, then returns one best available safe result. Provider complexity stays behind the routing layer.

Why does the USDT network matter?+

Pepela currently supports USDT only on TRON (TRC20). Sending to or entering an address for another network may lead to permanent loss.

Can a provider request verification?+

Yes. A provider may review an exchange, restrict jurisdictions, or request verification under its own policies. Pepela does not collect verification documents.

Are rates guaranteed?+

No general guarantee is made. Floating rates can move, and fixed quotes are subject to their displayed validity and provider terms.

Clear, not absolute

Non-custodial does not remove exchange risk.

Providers may restrict jurisdictions, review transactions, request verification, or issue refunds under their policies. Rates can move, fixed quotes can expire, and wrong-network transfers may be unrecoverable.
